Inauguration of the Schwarz Digits Campus in Bad Friedrichshall

The Schwarz Group unveiled the IT campus, designed by JSWD, to the public in the presence of political guests. With this technology stack, the Group is supporting Europe’s goals of technological independence and digital sovereignty. Various units within the division are being consolidated at the new “Home of Digits.” A total of 2,800 workstations have been created on 15.5 hectares.
Five buildings surround a green central courtyard. In addition to inspiring offices, employees have access to specialized meeting rooms, a media hall for 500 people, a restaurant, a daycare center, and fitness facilities. JSWD was awarded the master planner contract after winning the competition. We also designed the high-quality interiors of the workspaces. Good public transportation connections, a high proportion of green space, rainwater harvesting, and sustainable energy generation are among the ecological criteria of the overall concept.
